also, tai chi? the smoking and the drinking are Sensible Decisions but tai chi seems sort of... odd.
what a great lot of changes, though. next thing you know you'll be conceding that you might be interesting in person.
Frankly you are lucky you still exist at all. Stop all those bad habits at once and you're likely to wink right out.
pale gas is a mnemonic for the Seven Deadly Sins. Pride, Avarice, Lust, Envy, Gluttony, Anger, Sloth.
About the only one I'm not guilty of is avarice, and, now that I think about it, I do buy too many books.
